現在完了形（present perfect）は「have / has ＋ 過去分詞」で表し、過去の出来事が現在とつながっていることを示します。用法は大きく「完了・結果」「経験」「継続」の3つ。TOEIC Part 5・6 で頻出し、already・yet・since・for などの語とともに出題されます。過去形との違いを押さえることが得点の鍵です。
基本形は「主語 ＋ have / has ＋ 過去分詞」。主語が三人称単数のときは has、それ以外は have を使います。否定は have not（haven't）、疑問文は have を主語の前に出します。
空所の直後が have / has の場合、続く語は過去分詞（done, written, submitted など）になります。これは Part 5 での分かりやすい手がかりです。
The finance department has already submitted the monthly report.
経理部はすでに月次報告書を提出しました。
We have finalized the sales figures and sent them to management.
私たちは売上数字を確定し、経営陣に送りました。
現在完了形の目印は already・yet・just・ever・never・recently、そして特に「since（〜以来）」と「for（〜の間）」です。since は起点（since 2020, since Monday）、for は期間（for three years）とともに使います。
since や for が「現在まで続く期間」を示している場合は、過去形ではなく have / has ＋ 過去分詞を選びます。
Both managers have completed their reports since Monday.
両方のマネージャーは月曜日以来、報告書を完成させています。
これは TOEIC の定番のひっかけです。過去形は「yesterday, last week, in 2020」のように終わった時点を示し、現在とのつながりはありません。現在完了形は時点が特定されない、または現在に影響が残っている場合に使います。
比較：I submitted the report yesterday.（過去形＝特定の時点）／ I have just submitted the report.（現在完了＝今終わったばかり）。
The marketing team has sent the quarterly report to the director already.
マーケティングチームはすでに四半期報告書を部長に送りました。
過去の出来事が現在とつながっているとき（完了・結果・経験・継続）に使います。already, yet, just, since, for などとともに用いられます。
since は起点（since 2020, since Monday）、for は期間の長さ（for three years, for two weeks）とともに使います。どちらも現在完了形とよく組み合わせます。
過去形は終わった特定の時点（yesterday, last week）を示します。現在完了形は時点が不特定、または現在に影響が残る場合に使います。
動詞の3番目の形で、have / has の後ろに置きます。規則動詞は「-ed」、不規則動詞は独自の形（do→done, write→written, take→taken）になります。
