Introduction
Hi, I'm Duc. Today I want to share a highly effective TOEIC study plan that I've used myself and seen real results with. This plan only asks you to commit 15 minutes a day, yet it can help you raise your TOEIC score steadily over the course of 30 days.
Why Only 15 Minutes a Day?
Many students find TOEIC preparation overwhelming, and that feeling makes it hard to stay motivated. But when you break your study time into short, focused sessions, learning becomes much more approachable and the material sticks better. Fifteen minutes a day is just enough time to concentrate fully without burning out.
The 30-Day TOEIC Score Improvement Plan
Week 1: Build Your Core Vocabulary
Common problem: Many students don't have a strong enough vocabulary to handle the test.
The right approach: Vocabulary is the foundation of every skill tested on the TOEIC. A solid word bank will help you understand everything else more easily.
Example: Learn 5 new words each day and use them in sentences.
The presentation will start at 10 AM.
Action steps:
- Choose 5 new words each day from a textbook or vocabulary app.
- Write 2 sentences with each word to reinforce how it's used.
Common mistake: Memorizing words without understanding their meaning. Make sure you know how to use each word in context.
Action checklist:
- Learn 5 new words.
- Write 10 sentences using the new words.
Week 2: Practice Listening
Common problem: Weak listening skills make it hard to keep up with the pace of spoken English.
The right approach: Listening is a skill that requires consistent practice. You need to get comfortable with the question types and audio formats used in the TOEIC.
Example: Listen to a short conversation and answer the question.
Question 1. What is the main topic of the conversation?
