Our Mission

Toey was created with a simple goal: help learners prepare for the TOEIC more effectively with AI. Instead of just giving the correct answer, Toey — your personal AI tutor — explains why each answer is right or wrong, chats with you across multiple turns, and even listens to your speech to assess pronunciation.

Founder

I'm Duc, a Vietnamese software engineer who scored 905 on the TOEIC. I personally built Toey from the ground up — the code, content, and Toey AI tutor — to share my effective study methods. This platform isn't from a large company; it's a personal project driven by my passion to help the Vietnamese TOEIC community.

Free and Pro

Most features are available for free: 20 exercises + 20 chats with Toey + 2 voice interactions daily, along with 2 mock tests per month — enough to make steady progress without needing a credit card. When you want unlimited learning, you can upgrade to the Pro plan.
